Earth Ability is the work placement and employability strand of the Earth Scholars programme, designed to prepare students for future careers within the growing green economy. The programme bridges education and employment by providing practical, real-world experience through supported placements linked directly to each student’s individual career interests and aspirations. By aligning projects with personal goals, Earth Ability enables students to explore meaningful career pathways while developing essential workplace skills.
